Health Insurance Isn’t Health Care →

Some call it Obamacare. Others abbreviate it PPACA. Is the Affordable Care Act the same as health care reform? Most would say yes. I disagree.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is primarily health insurance reform. The law attempts to protect patients from for-profit insurance companies through increased regulation of and expanded access to for-profit health insurance.

The Endless War on Pubic Hair →

 

Over the years I’ve noticed a lot of hairless pits and pubes during paps. Some women apologize for the stubble, for not having freshly-shaven legs.

But I live in Oregon now where people celebrate pubic hair. And I prefer the natural look. I love smiling women with hairy pits who never apologize to me for not shaving their legs.
